In order to confirm your appointment booking at True Beauty Forever, we request that a credit card be stored on file. If you are a returning client and have a VIP membership or available credit in your account, this will be applied at the time of your appointment.


We understand that there are times beyond your control that may cause you to miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations pertaining to work or family. By not canceling an appointment, you may prevent another client from booking their desired appointment time. True Beauty Forever requires that a credit card be kept on file to reserve your scheduled service. If an appointment is NOT canceled at least 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE, you will be charged a $50 FEE.


We understand that delays happen sometimes. We do our very best to keep the other clients and medical spa staff members on time. If you are more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we have the right to reschedule your appointment. If you are MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT, YOU MAY BE DEEMED A “NO-SHOW,” AND TRUE BEAUTY FOREVER WILL CHARGE A $50 FEE.


If you choose to book online, please be aware that we may contact you to move your scheduled appointment time anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes to better fit your appointment into your provider’s schedule to allow as many people to book as possible. If you are worried about this happening, please call and book your appointment through our receptionists. We appreciate your understanding.
